"The first trip we booked through The Travel Center was with Brendan Tours to Kenya and Tanzania in 2008. Heidi was our travel agent and she did a fabulous job. After booking, there were some political issues in Kenya due to alleged election fraud. Some countries were warning their citizens to avoid Kenya. Heidi was in frequent contact with the tour operator in Kenya to make sure everything was safe. She even called me at the Phoenix airport to let me know she’d just talked with the people ....

Our experience with Heidi convinced us to continue using The Travel Center and since 2008 we’ve booked a variety of tours, ocean and river cruises and traveled to all 7 continents. Unfortunately, Heidi passed away a few years ago, but her replacement, Candy, has continued doing a wonderful job.
